Please join us for the Founders Fête, a fundraiser celebrating 25 years of outstanding leadership by White Bird Co-Founders Walter Jaffe and Paul King, and looking forward to the next 25 years. Preceding the opening performance of our 2023-24 season, we'll mark this important milestone with the return of the White Bird Awards, entertainment by Dale Johannes and Poison Waters, and the announcement of a new Fund sustaining the next 25 years of White Bird.

FIELDS BALLROOM, PORTLAND ART MUSEUM – 1119 SW PARK AVENUE
For over 25 years, White Bird has brought world-class dance performances to Portland, Oregon. Since our first presentation in 1997, our action has grown to include educational outreach, ticket equity initiatives, and numerous partnerships with community service organizations. Today we are among the largest dance organizations in Oregon and the only dance-specific presenter on the west coast of the United States.
As a non-profit organization, White Bird relies on generous donations from dance lovers like you! The complexity and scale of our productions are vast, and only 40% of our total revenue is from ticket sales. Thanks to your support and that of other generous donors, we have been able to uphold our commitments to the community.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all donations made to White Bird are eligible for tax deduction to the fullest extent of the law in accordance with Code Section 170. White Bird's Tax ID number is: 93-1263353.
